Besan Toast / Bread Besan Toast


Besan Toast or bread besan Toast is the ultimate breakfast option which is super easy and non fried too, so we can say it's on a healthier side. 
Besan or gram flour or chickpea flour is the best vegetarian source of protein. Having proteins in  meals give our body enough strength and energy to function. 
Okay so, now we will jump into the recipe and let's checkout what we gonna be needing .
I am mentioning all the ingredients through pictures with text so that you can easily identify the ingredients.
Ingredients
( Coriander leaves , 
Mint leaves,
onion ,
breads ,
 besan or chickpea flour) 
And 👇
Okay so we will be using above ingredients here I am making 8 besan Toast . 
Instructions
. Firstly take chickpea flour or besan or gram flour for about two cups and put all the spices into it 
.Add some water and make a smooth paste like this 👇

(Paste's consistency should be such so that it can stick upon bread)
. Now Dip bread in to this paste on both sides like this 👇

. Heat the pan or Tava and grease it with ghee or oil 
After greasing the pan out besan coated bread slice on it and flip on both sides so that it is completely cooked .
. Check if it's completely cooked or not 
Andd our besan Toast is ready .
Have it with a hot cup of tea and you will fall in love with this .
