Bread Poha / Brown Bread Poha

Brown Bread Poha is a recipe made up of bread cubes it tastes so good also, it's a healthy option for breakfast . You can have it with coffee and you'll surely gonna love it. The most important thing is it can be made in just about 15-20 minutes depends on the servings.
So I will be sharing with you the easiest way to make it .
You can take white bread or multigrain bread or atta bread whatever you like it's totally up to your taste and desires.
Here I am taking brown breads so firstly ingredients we need are below shown in the pictures.


And we'll be needing brown bread .
1 . Take out breads and toast them onto tava
Here I am taking 8 bread slices  also I am using peanut butter . 

2.now cut the bread slices into small cubes not too small not too big ones.
3. Heat some oil with the pan ( I am taking mustard oil and iron pan as it would enhance the quality) put mustard seeds into that 
4. Add hing powder into this . Now put onions and lightly saute them. after that put capsicum  and saute for 1 minute and then put chopped tomatoes into the pan. And mix all of them together .
5. After half a minute add given spices into that 
(Salt , coriander powder, chaat Masala , red chilli powder )
6. After that put bread cubes into pan and mix all ingredients together .
Our bread poha is ready just sprinkle some black pepper on top of it and it's ready to eat.
Have it with hot tea or coffee and it would be your favourite breakfast .
Here I am putting two pictures one with sprinkle of cheese and one with black pepper only . You can add both.

Ps: I have used peanut butter pls try to add the same it will taste like some Chinese food yes you read it right.
