Chilla Pizza


Ever thought , about having pizza in breakfast or whenever you want and not intake so much of calories? Well it's possible .
Yes you've read it right we can have pizza in a very different and healthier form without guilt of having so much of calories.
That's what today I am gonna be showing you how a twist can make our taste buds satisfied 😜.
Yes this is my version of pizza . Which is chilla pizza it's nothing fancy but some veggies, we would not have in so much of quantity on regular basis , topped on a usual chilla.
Okay let's make it .
Ingredients
✓ besan or chickpea flour 
✓white homemade butter(you can have according to your choice but homemade would be better and healthy)
✓ capsicum
✓ onion 
✓ tomato 
SPICES
salt
✓ black pepper
✓ red chilli powder
✓ coriander powder
✓ chaat Masala
INSTRUCTIONS
✓ firstly we will make usual chilla paste for that take besan in bowl 
add all the spices first and mix all the dry ingredients together 
✓ Now add some water and make smooth paste out of it 
✓ now keep it aside and chop all the vegetables I have mentioned above.
Now we will be making toppings for our pizza 
✓ Take a pan heat one teaspoon white butter along with vegetables and saute them . Don't over cook the veggies.
Our toppings are ready now heat pan or Tava and grease it
✓ after that pour besan paste on it and make chilla 
Now flip it other side 
✓ now check if chilla is ready to eat and top it up with the veggies 
✓ sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper on top of it .
And it's ready 😁
Take some milk for your calcium requirements and this chilla pizza which is super delicious and healthy give it a try
