Chilla Pizza
Ever thought , about having pizza in breakfast or whenever you want and not intake so much of calories? Well it's possible .
Yes you've read it right we can have pizza in a very different and healthier form without guilt of having so much of calories.
That's what today I am gonna be showing you how a twist can make our taste buds satisfied π.
Yes this is my version of pizza . Which is chilla pizza it's nothing fancy but some veggies, we would not have in so much of quantity on regular basis , topped on a usual chilla.
Okay let's make it .
Ingredients
β besan or chickpea flour
βwhite homemade butter(you can have according to your choice but homemade would be better and healthy)
β capsicum
β onion
β tomato
SPICES
β salt
β black pepper
β red chilli powder
β coriander powder
β chaat Masala
INSTRUCTIONS
β firstly we will make usual chilla paste for that take besan in bowl
β add all the spices first and mix all the dry ingredients together
β now keep it aside and chop all the vegetables I have mentioned above.
β Now we will be making toppings for our pizza
β Take a pan heat one teaspoon white butter along with vegetables and saute them . Don't over cook the veggies.
β Our toppings are ready now heat pan or Tava and grease it
β after that pour besan paste on it and make chilla
β Now flip it other side
β sprinkle chaat masala and black pepper on top of it .
And it's ready π
Take some milk for your calcium requirements and this chilla pizza which is super delicious and healthy give it a try
