Chilla Pizza

Ever thought , about having pizza in breakfast or whenever you want and not intake so much of calories? Well it's possible . Yes you've read it right we can have pizza in a very different and healthier form without guilt of having so much of calories. That's what today I am gonna be showing you how a twist can make our taste buds satisfied 😜. Yes this is my version of pizza . Which is chilla pizza it's nothing fancy but some veggies, we would not have in so much of quantity on regular basis , topped on a usual chilla. Okay let's make it . Onion Pulao/ Onion Rice

Onion Pulao or onion rice are my favourite lunch. These are the rice with only onion no potatoes no other veggies.  You can call it ONION BIRYANi because it's a mixture of all hot spices that will make you lick you fingers . Have it with daal or any type of curries you like. its the best and less time taking recipe which can be cooked in just 15 minutes in a pressure cooker only.  Ingredients ✓ One cup of soaked rice (soak rice about 20-30minutes) ✓Onion (4big ones) ✓One tbsp mustard oil ✓One tbsp ghee And these 👇 spices  INSTRUCTIONS ✓ take pressure cooker and heat it with oil and ghee both. ✓ after heating oil and ghee add cloves and onion . Don't overcook the onions . ✓ After stir frying the onions put all the hot spices into it (add tej patta , Cardamom (Ilaychi) , red chilli, Turmeric, salt, coriander powder in the quantity mentioned above. ✓ mix them all together and saute them ✓ now we will add rice and water . Besan Toast / Bread Besan Toast

Besan Toast or bread besan Toast is the ultimate breakfast option which is super easy and non fried too, so we can say it's on a healthier side.  Besan or gram flour or chickpea flour is the best vegetarian source of protein. Having proteins in  meals give our body enough strength and energy to function.  Okay so, now we will jump into the recipe and let's checkout what we gonna be needing . I am mentioning all the ingredients through pictures with text so that you can easily identify the ingredients. Ingredients ( Coriander leaves ,  Mint leaves, onion , breads ,  besan or chickpea flour)  And 👇 Okay so we will be using above ingredients here I am making 8 besan Toast .  Instructions . Firstly take chickpea flour or besan or gram flour for about two cups and put all the spices into it  .Add some water and make a smooth paste like this 👇 (Paste's consistency should be such so that it can stick upon bread) . Aalu tikki (easy recipe)

Hello guys. Aalu tikki is the famous chaat of delhi. These are basically kinda potato cutlet . Very easy to make and taste super awesome. This is something you can find everywhere in Delhi . And there are many different varieties of aalu tikki . Here I am sharing with you the most easy and typical aalu tikki recipe . You can make it in less than half and hour but but but depending upon the quantity. So without taking more time let's jump into the recipe. Ingredients and spices we need  Boiled potatoes ( I am taking two big potatoes for two people) Coriander leaves Salt  Chaat Masala Green chilli  Coriander powder Turmeric Corn flour Red chilli powder Roasted Cumin seeds powder Mango powder ( Amchur) Hing powder ( if you want to) Now we have all the ingredients . Mix all of them together along with mashed potatoes. And make a dough  1. Put some oil on palm and set the dough. After that make cutlet shaped balls or tikki out of it like this  2. Ram laddu / Moong daal Bhajiya

Ram laddu or moong daal bhajiya is the famous Street food in Delhi. We can see street vendors around metro stations and locally on the streets of Delhi . It's a delicious chatpati chaat .  Ingredients we need Soaked moong daal (overnight)  Black pepper Hing  Salt Red chilli powder Coriander powder Ajwain Fennel seeds ( saunf)  For chutney or Dip Coriander leaves Mint leaves Salt Cumin seeds Chilli (green or red ) Lemon Juice Now jump in to the process  Take out the overnight soaked moong daal and make paste out of it paste should not be too fine . Now in this paste add black pepper pinch of red chilli and Hing. Add salt according to your taste . Put a tablespoon coriander powder . Add fennel seeds and ajwain. Mix all of it together .  Keep this paste aside for about 10 minutes like this only.  Now, we will prepare dip or chutney for laddus . Take out coriander leaves and Mint leaves and put all the ingredients I have mentioned above for chutney. And grind it. After grinding we have
